 The Tiger Lily Collection has been created to celebrate the adoption of our beautiful little girl, Lucy Mae. In November, 2000 my husband and I boarded a plane with 10 other families and flew half way around the world to the city of Changsha, in the Province of Hunan, China. It was there that our babies, the babies we were destined to love, were
"born into our hearts".
The Chinese believe that we are all connected by an "invisible red thread" and that destiny unites those who were "meant to be together." This collection is an inspiration from all the children who have made such a long journey home and who have filled the hearts of thousands with their love, their smiles and their courage.
A portion of the proceeds will be
donated to the "Rainbow Foundation", through China Adoption with Love, a
non-profit organization working to help the
children in China still waiting for their
forever families. |
